​Students will explore activities such as:  fitness testing (beginning-mid-end of year), cross country running, soccer, field hockey, frisbee golf, flag football, badminton, basketball, games, volleyball, outdoor ed (i.e.: sliding, play broomball, cross country ski, and snowshoe), tchoukball, mini-tennis & yoga, stuntnastics (combo of gymnastics and pyramids), track, outdoor games
